This is a common question that our customers will bring up when adding their team and clients to their Intervals account. The answer is no, Intervals does not have any features that allow you to send documents to your clients, or team, via email.
The reason is one of security — documents can only be opened by users on your account who are logged in. This is because Intervals must verify that each user has access to the project, milestone, or task where the document is being stored. Plus, this security measure makes it more difficult for someone on your team to accidentally distribute documents outside your organization.
You can upload documents to Intervals and share access with your clients, but the physical file is not sent to them.
