During our beta release of recurring tasks one of the most asked for features was bi-annual recurrence. Here is an example:
I like the recurrence in the latest release. Am I missing it or is there no way to create a semi-annual task? Why? We schedule updates to customer installations to happen twice a year, (every six months) based on their anniversary date when they went live with us.
We are happy to announce support for bi-annual tasks with the latest release of Intervals. To have a task that occurs every six months, click on the recurrence tab, then select monthly. On the monthly scheduling dialogue there is an option to have the task repeat every six months.
