The Top Shelf and Unlimited plans both have an annual payment option. Here’s how it works. If you would like to pay annually sign up or upgrade to one of those two plans. Then activate your account and pay for the first month of service by entering your credit card information.
After your account has been activated, please contact our support team and let us know that you would like to be switched to annual billing. We will then charge your credit card a second time for the remaining annual balance. Customers that opt in to the annual payment option will receive one month free, which means the remaining balance will be calculated based on 10 months.
Your account will be billed once per year on the anniversary of the activation date.
We can only accept credit card payments at this time, which includes American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept checks or other forms of payment.
