The Onboarding & Training on our pricing grid is a level of service for customers that want one-on-one online meetings and consultations when setting up their account.
If you need someone to learn more about your business and help map your workflows into Intervals, this level of onboarding and training is ideal. This service level is often useful for customers that are migrating from an existing system and need assistance importing legacy data into their account. Our team can help your business save a lot of time during this process.
There is no additional fee for Onboarding & Training. It is built into the monthly subscription price for some of our higher plans, which are labeled on our pricing grid. To view your current plan tier and what is included, log in and navigate to Options ⚙ > Plan Info.
