Onboarding & Training on our pricing grid is a level of service for customers that desire one-on-one online meetings and consultations when setting up their account. All plans include onboarding assistance via email and online tickets. If you need someone to learn about your business and help map your workflows into Intervals, a plan tier that includes Onboarding & Training may be ideal.
