A customer asked the following question about invoicing:
Is there a way to add sales tax on invoices? I don't see a way to do this other than manually adding a line-item.
To add sales tax directly to an invoice in Intervals, select “edit” at the top of the invoice, which allows you to modify the top half of the invoice. This feature eliminates the need to add tax as a separate line item.
In edit mode on an Intervals invoice, you can apply a sales tax percentage directly to the invoice total, simplifying tax calculations without adding extra line items.
If you need a default tax applied to every new invoice, there’s an option to set it in the Settings & Defaults section of Intervals. This setting saves time by automatically including your preferred tax rate on invoices.
