By design passwords are private to each person but there are two options on this front. Administrator level users can look up the person in the people section and then click on the link at the top of the person’s profile to trigger an email to set their log in information.
Another option is to instruct the user to navigate to the login page for your account and utilize the forgot link.
Both options will trigger an email with instructions on how to securely reset their username and password.
